Hi, Im new to this site, Im looking for some motivation to lose my post baby weight (he is now three!)Im struggling to do this on my own and need support from likeminded people without paying extra for weightwatchers or similar! Just joined a gym so hoping I can get to my goal and support others along the way! Looking forward to the challenge!

Hi Michwat! I am not new to the site but I am new to making an attempt to use it to help me meet my health and weight loss goals. I have three children myself, 10, 8 and 3. I was also recently married and my husband and I plan to grow our family again before I get too old :)
I would love to find friends to help support and that will help support me as we work towards our goals!

Hi there, I have a 3 year old little boy as well! I've been married for 6 years.
Being a guy, I don't have any baby weight to loose but I did put on about 20lbs in the last few years that I'm now trying to take off. Love this app. a lot!
How's your diet going?

Hi there, thanks for replying! Would be great if we can motivate each other to our goals! My husband put on quite a bit of weight in the newborn days when cooking healthy food is the last thing on your mind! I'm hoping I can spur him on to lose a but too, would save him moaning he's put on weight!! I have been using this app a week and will be weighing myself at the gym on Wednesday so will keep you updated!! Good luck x

Sorry, I meant to say Podcasts -- Not Ipods.

HOw did the weigh in go? I got a real bad case of the flu over the weekend and am still somewhat recovering. I haven't been able to get into the GYM since last Saturday but I'm planning to go tomorrow...Hope it went well. Do you listen to any Ipods by any chance? There's some great ones out there that really help with motivation and knowledge. I recommend Fat2Fit Radio if you ever get a chance. It's really changed my perspective on weight loss and has me headed down the right (healthy) path. Do you know what your BMR is?

I don't really listen to any podcasts. When I work out, I find that high energy music helps motivate me to push harder or keep going. Pandora radio is usually my choice...usually hard rock category music. To be honest, I haven't been working out much lately however. I don't have opportunity to hit the gym, but I do have a treadmill here at home.
Are you seeing the kind of progress you were hoping for yet? If not, what are you struggling with?
