Hi everyone, I'm new to this group, but not really to MND. I used it for a long time a year or 2 ago, and had some weight loss. I need someone to help me with balance. I absolutely don't believe in elimination diets - I just want whole, real foods with good exercise. I need to cook more for my family, too. We rely too much on processed junk like cereal, mac & cheese, sugary yogurt, etc. My daughter is the best eater in the house - she's been a vegetarian for over a year now and seems to make better food choices most of the time than I do. My son is the opposite - eats nothing but junk, unless you count a couple of fruits. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself a bit and say hi. I'l love to hear from people on the team who are still using MND routinely.

Smith's carries Carbmaster yogurt 3 grams sugars and 4 grams of carbs. Not bad tasting either. I just started a week ago, i like this one best. I too trying eat better. My husband eats horrible and constantly tempting me with fast food or offering me candy bars. I started seeing a nutritionist at fitshop and to help me be accountable and reject bad food. Good luck!
