How do I get motivation to work out and how do I start a fitness plan?? Topic


hi guys, i’m kind of new to exercise and calorie counting and etc. but I go on 1-2 mile walks almost every day and I try to stay lightly active during the day too. How do I make a fitness plan? Am I supposed to exercise different parts of my body every day? Am I supposed to only work out a few times per week? And most importantly, how do I even motivate myself to do it?


I make goals for my self and find plans based on that. For example I signed up to run a 5k so I searched plans to prepare for that after I do this race I’ll give myself another goal. I do cardio and strength training. In alternate days. After loosing 20 pounds I def got a bit flabby so I need to build a bit of muscle to take up my loose skin :). If you enjoy walking build off that. Make your self challenges and goals. Good luck in your weigh loosing endeavor!!!!
