Hey I'm pretty new to this and was wondering how u add people to your friends? I have no idea lol in on my iphone app x

I am honestly not sure if there is a way. The only way I have seen to have someone a "friend" instead of "neutral" is by chatting with via private message. At least that was my understanding from what I read on the website the one day.
