after a couple days of not doing it there’s always a day that i do it and just can’t stop even how much my stomach hurts… is there a way to just stop it.. i try resisting myself but i get so hungry and just eat


Yes eat filling foods with low calories like non processed chicken with sauce

i distract myself from it, binge watching shows, drawing, doing homework

i know it can be hard to do this without feeling guilty sometimes but make ur cal limit higher (600+) that way, ur body feels like its getting enough food even on the days u eat under 300


Eat in front of a mirror. That’s what I always do, so I can see how disgusting I look and how I’m only adding to that by going over my limit.


i usually fast or chew on gum to avoid binge eating, i know when i do binge eat i feel really disgusted after :(


Binge eating ramps up this time of year. And yet it is a complex eating disorder that requires patience and attention. It is not something that is solved by increasing your willpower or starting on a strict diet.
