How to track Medications and Supplements Topic

How do I track medications and supplements? I have Premium, found the Medication Tracker - but I'm not sure what units of measure value would be for Active B Complex Supplement, for example. I can scan the barcode and it adds to the meal/time I took it and returns the vitamin information, which is awesome! Unfortunately I could not find information on what value examples would be for those fields.

Hi PurpleSasha- It sounds like you are tracking your supplements along with your meals and yet wondering if there's a better way? I think you are on track. Continue to track your supplement with your meals. I would suggest using a tablet as the unit of measure. If this is not possible you can update the information using Photo foodservice feature in the app: https://www.mynetdiary.com/ipTips.html#photoFoods
