I don't understand..... Need words of advice Topic


Hmmm if I'm going to the gym 5 days a week, getting on the elliptical @6 miles an hour for 65 minutes, burning a minimum of 600 to 800 calories a day, then getting on the treadmill for an hour, burning 400 calories, eating about 1900 calories a day....Why am I gaining weight?


Hi - I'm certainly no expert, but it could be the "mix" of carbs, fats and proteins that you need to tweek?
Whats a typical menu for you?
