I made that decision about 1 1/2 years ago. Am almost to my goal weight now. Feels great. You can do it! once you make the decision, you will get there. Good Luck!

Read fit2fat2fit for a keto diet- he shows 5 small meals a day or bulletproof coffee in the am with two meals....anyone know the difference? How is a keto plan working for anyone?


Greetings from Virginia. I just want to say that I've lost 19 lbs since Septmber eating very sensibly. I did splurge on Thanksgiving day but was able to get back on track the following day. I do want to comment on this though. I picked up a nasty cold from my granddaughter and found out daytime cold medicine is about 100 calories a dose! That's like 300 a day which takes a huge bite out of my good budget. Does anybody know a sugar free version of daycare?


Hi Mimikin- Nice work on your weight loss! And way to go getting right back on track after Thanksgiving. I can tell you are very motivated and committed to getting healthier. I believe Robitussin makes a sugar free cough syrup. I realize it is not the same as the daytime cold, but it may help. Talk with your doctor, they may have other recommendations as well. Often those cold medicines contain several different medications rolled into one and perhaps you could take each medication separately. Feel better- Joanna (Dietician)
