I'm new Topic

Hello! I have been using the "free" app for about two months and lost 17 pounds. I decided today to pay for a subscription because I'm looking for some healthy recipes and wanted to connect my Fitbit to the app. I'm looking forward to seeing how my weight journey goes. I'm supposed to hit my goal weight by July 2021! Fingers crossed. :)

Thank you for this message! It is so inspiring and uplifting to read you have lost 17 pounds. I joined today after debating programs and various apps. I have 42 pounds to lose and hopefully energy to gain. Steph

Help! I can’t turn off add calories for exercise, the slider won’t move

Hi U1186825757- It sounds like a technical glitch. Either way, I am so sorry for the inconvenience! I will get with our support team and find out their advice. Stay tuned. Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Hi U1186825757- I know how to fix this! Sign in using your regular username and password to the web app. www.mynetdiary.com
You can make the change there and then it will transfer over to your phone app. Also, in the future, just make sure you have the most recent version of the app loaded onto your phone. Our developers make changes and tweak things to enhance the user experience so the newest version of the app is always the way to take advantage of the newest features~ Best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Does this site have friends options to support each other everyday like some other sites?

Hello Sweetincense- Sorry for the delay in getting back with you :)
The best way to get in contact with others is to join a group. You can access groups via the MyNetDiary web app. There are several active groups. We also have a facebook page- also we are on IG and Twitter.
Community Forum is a friendly place where others can share their successes and struggles as well.
If you have a nutrition or diabetes question, just ask it on the community forum under "Ask a Dietitian" section.
Cheers to tracking! It is a powerful tool. Best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
