I'm Struggling Topic


I joined with the Low Carb Diet Plan. I keep going over my alloted 34 g per day so I started checking out the available recipies to find meals that will work. Really finding it difficult to find anything substantial to make me feel like I've actually eaten a meal. Especially dinner, I can manage with breakfast and lunch but the period between dinner and bedtime is a killer. With only 34g of carbs I don't even have any room for snacks and invariably go and eat something I shouldn't. What's a girl to do?


Get off low carb it only hurts us as diabetics. Yep I said that and after 30 years of suffering with type 1 diabetes and eating or trying to eat low carb I finally found the truth. Read Mastering Diabetes it changed my life and I no longer suffer the low carb diet. I eat upwards to 275 carbohydrates a day WHOLE carbohydrates not fake big differences. It’s a plant based diet it isn’t easy and if your not serious about changing your health don’t start it you have to be all in. Best of luck!
