I made homemade sugarfree nutella (hazelnut/chocolate spread) and it tastes freakin' awsome ;) lol
It's extremely low on net carbs (which is good for my blood sugar 4g pr 100g in mine compared to 55g pr 100g in store bought stuff), but unfortunately still pretty high in calories, will it's blended nuts, so of course.
I had a sandwhich with it for my evening snack. 8g was enough to get a nice spead, so a net of 55 kcal didn't kill my diet or anything.
If you're interested I can provide a recipe :)

150 grams hazel nuts
63 grams sugarfree powdered sugar (here the brand is called Atwel)
100 grams dark chokolate (at least 70%)
2 large teaspoons of cocoa
As much flax seed oil needed to make it smearable (30-40 ml)
First blend the nuts until they are a paste. Put in the rest and blend until it's smooth. Put oil in little by little to make sure it doesn't get runny (hard to undo).
I also put in a cap of the same preservative I used when I make jam/jelly. No clue what the equivalent would be.
You can find my recipe as "hjemmelavet nutella m. hasselnodder". :)

It's really good. I've been eating about 12-13 grams on a piece of wholewheat toast as part of my evening snack the last couple of days. It feels really sinful ;)

Yum. But your portion size is fine - looks like about 1 tbsp?

Yeah, about that. It's just a thin layer, nothing crazy. It tastes very rich, and since it was made with dark chocolate (opposite normal Nutella which must be with milk chocolate) you can't really eat that much :)

Sune, you need to produce a mini recipe book!
Best,
