Are you planning to add a recipe analyser or import feature where just a link to the recipe website will import the ingredients and calculate the nutritional info. It's a great feature to have if possible.

Recipe import from other sites - thanks for the feedback. I'll ask about this - it would be great to have recipes from popular sites in MyNetDiary. My guess is that it might be tricky in terms of choosing which food items to use as ingredients - someone would have to manually do that.

This is an extremely useful feature available on at least one other similar app/site.
Importing isn't always 100% but there is the option of correcting ingredients.
Please, please consider implementing this.

Thank you for this updated request, Mike. I will check with Support about it.

I still have this request as well. MyFitnessPal allows you to enter a URL and then tries to extract the recipe. Even if not perfect, most of the information is entered, and only light editing is required. Much more convenient then entering manually. I would pay extra for this, for instance MyNetDiaryPro+
So many people who are trying to take control of their lives with altering their diet use recipes found online, and this would be a really helpful feature.

It's been 3 and a half years. I hope you guys are still working on it.
I tried out MyFitnessPay. I prefer MyNetDiary. But the two things I really preferred about them were the ease of adding recipes and that in the app it's easy to see and enter an entire day's food. I don't like having to enter each meal separately.

Hi Debbborra, thank you for that feedback - I will share with Support. They have not implemented recipe importing as of yet. Thanks, Kathy (Dietitian)

When I was using Calorie Count, they allowed you to copy/paste a list of ingredients into a recipe and then the app identified which ones it was matching them to and which ones you had to do manually. It wasn't fool proof, but it was simpler than manually entering 100% of the list.
I use the recipe analyzer daily as I prepare meals for my family. I really appreciate this function!

I echo the thoughts on this thread. Now that we're cooking more controlled food using healthy recipes we find on common sites, it would be very helpful to just import the recipe rather than re-write all the ingredients manually. I'd also pay for a pro version just to simplify this.

Count me in as yet another user who would really appreciate the ability to at least cut and paste recipes from other sites in to MyNetDiary. I wish I had the opportunity to fully explore this site and it's app before purchasing the app. The only thing that the app has over MyFitnessPal is the diabetic tracking functions. I'd get my money back if I could but it's been a week.
