Or even though I have stopped and started a weight loss journey about a gazillion times, I think I will *really do it this time!


Started again Thursday May 4th. Realized that I had developed a muffin top, ugh!! Anyway I think this time it will stick. What's different? I am ready to track food and exercise daily. It's finally time to get this weight off and keep it off ;)


I'm new to the whole group thing. I exercise and need to work on my diet! I'm a chocolate freak! Also, I'm exhausted! How do you deal with fatigue?

Is it just me...
