Is upgrading to premium worth it? Topic

Hi, I have been using MyNetDiary for about a month and am considering paying to get premium. But I’m not sure if it’s worth it? Would love to hear from others before I make the purchase :)

I was wondering the same thing! I just started today and debating on whether or not to pay for premium

I just signed up as well. I like the premium recipes and meals plans plus I think premium comes with weekly analysis not just daily

I got premium and it helps with my physician food analysis to lose weight in a healthy manner. The challenge is always how accurate are the food entries

Here are some of my favorite aspects of Premium-

1. Healthy dietitian-approved recipes
2. Syncs with a variety of fitness trackers
3. Tracks my calcium, b12, fiber (and a host of other nutrients)
4. Includes menu plans and shopping list function

Cheers to improved health through tracking! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

For me the issue was, "Am I worth it? Is my health and quality of life worth it?" For my family's sake I realized I am worth it to them. Balancing diabetes and celiacs is my challenge.

Wait until there’s a 50% offer - they come round reasonably frequently - and go for a year’s subscription then. It’s not so much to lose if you then decide it’s not doing you any good.

I think i’ll wait for the 50% offer thx for the suggestion.

I got the premium plan as my Christmas gift from my DH! At month two ending I have learned so much. First I can be hardheaded and put in my own plan (38c-38p-24f)...that was not working. I am now losing weight daily, I have found that I need to buy frozen veggies not canned.(less sodium). I need to be careful of getting too much calcium. What I'm eating too much protein? I love the weekly report they send. I'm still learning how to increase my calories daily. I could go on but it is all about how important this journey is to you. It's nice to know that Dietitians are right here😌
