We are off to Italy in October!
This is our first trip to Europe, and we are really looking forward to it.

I am too fat and need to get my stamina up so i can walk all day. Had vague plans all year and got serious this week-end. I joined this site and bought a treadmill.

I have done variations of all this before, with another site a gym membership. I lost over 30 lbs for my wedding in 2005. And gained it all back in 2007.

The trip is in 12 weeks. My goal is 10 lbs and walking 6 miles.

Anybody have any good tips for either Italy or getting in shape to have an awesome vacation?
