Current goal: I would like to lose 40lbs to start with, and keep my blood sugar in an acceptable range without having to go on medication.
Favorite diets: I am exploring my options right now. It will need to be something that keeps the carbs down.

Need help with: I need to work on not stress eating and getting more movement into each day.
