About me

Current goal: I want to lose weight steadily, a pound a week, until my BMI is in the normal or only slightly overweight zone.
Favorite diets: well, the favourite ones are the unhealthy ones! But I am trying to eat balanced, more wholefoods, lower GI foods to feel fuller longer.
Favorite activities: reading, computer, reading; as for exercise I don't mind walking (but not fast) and swimming (but not with my current body shape)
Need help with: Feeling fuller longer! Cutting down on alcohol calories.
