I'm ready for this 3-day holiday to begin! Lots of FUN physical activity....hike, bike ride, running...and will juggle that with healthier BBQ options.

I just took a two week vacation and ate what I wanted while gone.. found 5lb in the process.. So now its back at it.. But sometimes you need a break!

Yes, I am right there with you. Life is about flex...and riding the ups and downs. Great that we have tools to identify an up so we can simply correct it with a down within a reasonable time period.
I'm looking forward to my vacation in a week or so!

Long hours at the diabetes clinic in combination with a long commute and unseasonably humid weather is wreaking havoc with my regular running schedule. Thank goodness for m late summer evening walk to unwind, talk with my husband, and burn some calories! Get exercise when you can - something IS ALWAYS better than nothing!
