Started 01/13/18 at 238 lbs and 42...44" waist.

Currently (05/10/18) at 177 lbs and 32...34 waist.

Plan is 173 lbs and 32" waist. Probably be there in another 2 weeks or so.


I forgot to add some other info.

55 year old, 5'10" male
1600 calorie plan. I eat and drink anything I want. Just try to keep it around 1600 cals/day

I get around 600 bonus calories by walking 5 miles a day and cycling 5...10 miles a day.
