Hi.

My name is Tracy and I have been using the app since April 2012. I have successfully lost 22 pounds and quit smoking in the interim. Now I need to work on the exercise part, although I do walk at lunch while at work.


Hi Tracy, well done with the weight loss, thats brilliant. Do you belong to a fitness centre, maybe you could join a low impact exercise group just to get you started.I need to exercise more,my 3 daughters are on school break at the moment so i'm just bike riding with them and beach walks, nothing to energetic. I'm really happy finding this app,it's very helpful.

I have just purchased an elliptical machine and am really looking forward to using it.

I find this app amazing. Without it, I am sure I wouldn't be as successful. I think walking and riding bike with the girls is pretty good exercise. Kids have alot of energy :)


Hi there Tracy,those elliptical trainers are a brilliant piece of kit,there are lots of different targets you can set yourself on them. you can burn off 600 cals in an hour,they're great also because they're low impact . How well you've done already losing 22pounds! Laura


How is your plan going? Do you find MND helpful. I couldn't believe how much calories eating was, even when you thought you were making good choices. I would be lost without this app.


Hi, my plan is going good, this wk I lost 5lb, I'm thrilled! How are you doing? Have you been using this app long? It's amazing how many calories we consume, I too eat healthy most of the time, just too much healthy!! Laura


Congratulations on the weight loss. Keep up the good work. When you say eat too much healthy, i have to smile because i eat so much fruit which jacks up my carbs. I just keep telling myself they are good, natural carbs.
