Hi guys! Just joined. Im 17, 6ft, 149ibs. Im a full time showjumping groom, part time model, part time artist.
Obviously the full time job gives me enough exercise, counted with a pedometer... 16,000 steps is my record so far but thats without the riding up to 5 horses a day for half an hour each.
I usually work 2-4 days then go home. Im looking for meal ideas that i can make at home on a day off that will last in the fridge for a good few days- things like salads and pastas. I dont usually eat dinner so this will be for lunches!!
Thanks guys!

Hi Aprilreid02, go for higher protein meals, especially if this is your large meal for the day. I like to use Yummly.com for ideas - you can filter by calories and nutrients: http://www.yummly.com/ I also like Cooking Light since I can search by meal ingredient (e.g. chicken, pork, etc): http://www.cookinglight.com/search/site/pasta%20salad

Slow cooker meals are a great time saver. You can cook enough for multiple meals - just have containers to store in individual-servings. I keep mine in the freezer and then reheat when desired.
