Hi everyone. I'm sort of lost, but found my way to the Community Forum for 60+. I have a goal to lose 30 pounds. First target goal is 90 days to see if I'm on target. My ultimate goal is to lose the 30 pounds (or more) by Oct 20, 2013 when I board a ship sailing to the Bahamas. Can I do it? Yes I can!


Your right! You can do it. I lost a total of 55 pounds already sense downloading this app.
I still have another 19 pounds to go until I get down to 165. If you have any questions or need a little support I am only a email away. - PS..... I lost all my weight by watching what and how much I eat. I am not to much into the exercise thing. I try to get on the treadmill that is sitting in a back bedroom but I just cant seem to drag myself back there.
