Hi I am Cara, I'm new to the group too. I just started on Sept 4th. I've lost 2.5 lbs since then. I have about 65 I need to lose. Thats an awesome loss Dawn!

Kind of discouraged because I only get 1404 calories and even though I have lost 7 pounds my measurements have not changed a lot. I want to lose a few more

What are your goals set to currently? Maybe if you are comfortable with extending your goal completion date this would allow for more daily calorie consumption? Don't forget that exercise will add to your available daily calories.
