Learning a self care routine Topic


Part of my weight loss journey is learning to take care of myself again. I have put myself last for far too long and I am learning that I deserve to feel happy and confident in my life too. Part of my self care is changing the way I eat. I no longer want to fog eat by mindlessly eating to numb my feelings. I want to enjoy my food in the moment while I eat it and make it more meaningful. I want to stay within a calorie budget that is going to lead me to a healthier life.

What are ways you are showing yourself care during your weight loss journey?


I just moved our guest bedroom around to make more room for me to do at home workouts. I am also meal prepping and planning a fun healthy meal to cook every couple weeks with my boyfriend.
