Hi! Im Danielle, I'm 21, turning 22 in 3 days.
I need to lose 40 pounds!
But my first goal is to lose 15 pounds from today (06/03) until 06/30!
I am using Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and a few cardio workouts from Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.
Anybody wanna be buddies and help with my slimming down?


That is a pretty big goal for one month.

Good luck in your workouts but if you only get down 8lbs don't beat yourself up, that would still be great progress.


That is a big goal for one month, but if you do your best you'll see progress for sure! Make sure to pay attention to your diet as well as your work out schedule. I lost 5 lbs. in a week and a half basically by adding calorie counting to my routine and doing some fairly basic work outs! Good luck!
