What are peoples results so far? I just started last week April. Hoping this works I gained a lot of weight in the past year.

I started in January and did a “rewind” on March 1st. I continue to gain. MOST days, I abide by my calorie budget and I do cardio every day. Just metabolism at my age (64) has got things slowing down the right direction ⬇️ and speeding up the wrong direction ⬆️. Sigh.

First post from me as I’ve only just seen this feature! Just to give some motivation I started using/obsessing over this app on Jan 6th this year and funnily enough today marks the point I have lost 3 stone! Hard work and being mindful about what I’m eating and drinking plus lots of exercise is key and this app makes you think about everything you do and everything you eat! Keep grinding and you will get there! My mental health is massively improved and at nearly 45 I’m fitter now than I was at 25! Keep going and you will feel it too!

I definitely feel a lot better not relying on sugar any more for quick snacking. I crave salads already and if I eat to “heavy” I feel it in my gut. I’ve lost 5lbs in a week! I’m much more mindful on what I eat now and no grazing anymore.
