Hey, everyone! I thought I'd try to stir things up - say Hi and ask how everyone is doing. How are you following your diet and exercise plan. What's working? What's troublesome? I've started doing a Survival Fitness Daily Workout. It is pure calesthenics with no frills and walking 1 mile. I LOVE it. Simple, effective and no equipment required. Just do it. I've been doing it a week now, and I'm feeling better and more energetic already. Hope to hear from others! Don't be shy! LOL! We're here for support. Semper Fi.

Hey USMC77...doing *okay* here. Been on a plateau for a couple of weeks, but think I am finally seeing progress again. Have now been on this site for 2 & 1/2 months and am finding My goal is another 26 pounds by the end of January. Be interesting to see if I can keep it going through the holiday's. Fortunately I find exercise easy so if I want to eat I just do more of it. Good luck on your goals!!
