List and edit my custom foods from the Web app on a PC Topic

Hello all ...
Yes, I am a Newbie (I hate that term) to MyNetDiary!
I use the app on my iPhone, but prefer to do most of my entering data on my PC.
Just easier to enter info.
Anyway, I just can't seem to figure some things out.
How do I go directly to the lists on my foods.
My custom, my favorites, etc.
What button or menu will get me there?
I want to review and edit some entries and it seems the only way I can get there is through my daily meal entry form.
I'm missing something.
Appreciate any tips or direction where to go read about it.
