Holidays are here and I am baking like a nut. Everything I cannot eat. Tonghts punishment was 2 differnet typs of fudge. Husband got the bowls and spoons as he can more then afford them. Made 3 types of italian cooks so far including a pistachio,cranberrie biscotti with white chocolate Look beautiful. Will try to do pizzelles tonight after Church but will probably do them tomorrow as I am off till Monday.Thank God.How is everyone else doing making Holiday foods etc. or even being arround it?

I actually find it comforting to make all the foods that I don't eat anymore. My husband still enjoys them, as do friends and coworkers. I guess I'm weird, but it makes me not crave, to cook/bake and give away.

I'm having one of my few "special dinners out" of the year on Thursday, for my birthday (which is actually Christmas day). We're going to a place in San Francisco I've been wanting to try for over a year...got to exercise like a fiend leading up to the day!

Happy Birthday young lady! My brother in law shares your Birthday. Our baby is the 27 I held my breath he did not take me away from his sisblings on Christmas day and he waited till 27th He always was a good person even from the start He will be 30 this year Ugh hard to believe! Happiest of Birthdays and Merry Christmas. A large part of the world Celebrates with you.

We will see....The real fun begins tomorrow evening. The first family party 30+ in attendance. The trip has gone well so far.

Well hope everyne is fine. Have not heard from many people. Hope it is because you are all so busy. I will be taking a page outof Mike's book and traveling. Let's see how good I do!

Happy Birthday to you. We also are in Birthday mode.2 of our children have Birthays now. My husband the accountant never go past the shock of having our first born 1/1. Lost that deduction that year. I did redeem myself with one 12/27-lol. Have a great Birthday on New Year's eve!

I was away for Christmas and is still here :)

Lost somewhere around 2.5 kg (6 lbs) over Christmas and New Years, and that was without my scales which I had to leave at home in Denmark ;)
