Loads of holiday! Topic


Hi, I'm new here~just call me Starry >.>
First of all, I'm nearly 16, around 210lbs and just really want to fit in-I'm going to (English) college in September which is a whole new start. I'm not bullied at my current school, I fit in quite nicely but I want to be able to go shopping and not have to search for clothes sized 16 to 18 that others can laugh at. In addition to all this, I'm going away 1st-9th June for an "adventure" holiday in France with my scout troop, so I'd like to drop to a size 14 by then (I'm currently a 16 but my Mam insists on buying me baggy 18 clothes -.-). Then a few weeks after I'm in Scotland for a weekend with people from my new college and then California and Hawaii for a week each in August followed by a week in Jersey at the end of August. I really want to look half-decent for these holidays! Half-decent being losing the majority of the belly so I can hide it better ;)
If anyone's got any tips I would be eternally grateful!
I'd also like to start exercising more but I can't go out for runs or anything as I feel really uncomfortable and can't physically run for too long due to my asthma and my weight combined. I'd like to start yoga but I don't know if that would be effective enough or if I'd actually be motivated to do it.
