The last 3 days remand 223.6.... Its better than going up, hehehe!


Shiznik, you’re my motivation today as I set out to get back on track again tomorrow. I’d been doing great, eating healthy, logging everything I ate and feeling amazing and then, as sometimes happens, I veered off track over the last week. It was a stressful, emotional week and I didn’t eat as well as I should have and felt so terrible about it that I stopped tracking for a couple of days.

Your posts on this thread, remind me that everyone hits these bumps and the difference between someone who reaches their goal and someone who doesn’t is an unwillingness to give up.

So, I’ll pick myself up, dust myself off and start again tomorrow. The first few days will be tough again until I start feeling the wonderful effects of having junk out of my system but I WILL do it.

I am honored, your words truly had an impact on me! The number one thing that I learned in my lifetime, from failing over and over again was to NEVER GIVE UP, No matter how many times you continue to fail at your goal, never ever give up!!! I am an example of this, I originally was 286-290, failed, failed, and failed, over and over again....But today I am 222, I have lost over 60lbs, because I kept persuing my goals.... Try not get stressful, be easier on yourself if you have messed up a little bit towards your goal, if you hold onto the NEVER GIVE UP, then you will succeed and meet the goal that you are after! I have tried to be very honest, even when I mess up. Just know that you CAN and WILL continue on your journey until you meet your goal, and VICTORY is YOURS!!!

In all honesty I have been waxing between, 222 to 224


the reason in all honesty I have been staying the exact same weight pretty much, is because I have been eating not good things, a lot of desserts!!!!


Hi Shiznik, you are aware of what is going on. Staying stable temporarily for a holiday or vacation is no biggie. It's what we do to transition back into weight loss when we are ready. 222.4, the good news is I have stayed at 222 for about 1 week....

If I could stop eating a bunch of fattening deserts, which I have been addicted to my entire life, and started to get really serious about losing my last 22lbs, than I would finally reach my goal, but friends, there is no way in SHIZNIK LAND, you will EVER lost weight eating the way I have been this last month.....Time to start fresh again...
