Hello, just joined today. Love this app. My big challenge is 4 pm - for some reason I can't stop thinking about food at that time. Anyone else have that problem

Yep that afternoon slump gets me too I find a handful of almonds or a tub of low fat yoghurt can help or sometimes if I can go out for a walk that helps... Good luck

I'm turning the clock back with nutrition and exercise.
@ Peralote... You should be eating 3 nutritious meals and 2 snacks a day. Most people try to just get by with 3 meals a day. Pack healthy snacks to munch on during the in between meals and you won't have that "thinking about food" feeling because you'll be supplying what it needs.

Yes! 4:00 pm is my dangerous time, too, on those days when I'm home at that time. Oddly, if I start to make dinner (which we have at around 7:00), it takes my mind off of eating. Speaking of dinner...what's your favorite dinner to make when dieting?

@Scout1851 - I love making grilled salmon fillet and broccoli. I just spray some sesame oil (amounts to less than .5 tsp) for flavor, salt and 5 spice powder, and pop it on the George Foreman grill.

I leave to go to the Gym at 4.00 p.m. with a friend and I find that keeping to an exercise plan helps when you commit to go with someone else.
