I would be glad to support you on your journey! I’m trying to get down to around 140-135 from 155, and I know how it feels to not get the support you need.

I had started a motivation group several weeks ago. Only four people responded but not consistently. I am ALL FOR a consistent, ongoing motivation group!
What expectations do y’all have for a motivation group?
To begin with…
Please share your most recent short term goal, your challenges, struggles, and any successes you have experienced this past week.
Now, my sad 😞 story.
I am 64 years young and I have gained 9 pounds in the past 3.5 weeks and am in tears over it. I have 30+ pounds to lose.
My short term goal is to lose 5 pounds by April 5.
My exercising is consistent. I run 20 minutes a day and ride my stationary bike 30 minutes a day.
Once I get an injection in my back on Tuesday, I pray I can increase my exercise.
Finally, fiber is a MAJOR issue for me. I am going to begin drinking more water tomorrow.
How are y’all doing??? What are your challenges?
Let’s see if we can get this group rolling!

I am new here. I am 46 and need to lose about 40 pounds. I am a diabetic on an insulin pump and a continuous glucose monitor. I was recently diagnosed with Gastroparesis in December. I am having such a hard time finding a diet that will work for me. I have to be careful eating so I don’t have a flair up of gastroparesis symptoms. I can’t have any raw vegetables and no more that 2grams of fiber per serving. I was told to eat” bland” things like white rice, potatoes and white breads. I’m having a hard time eating meat. I lost about 20 pounds at the beginning of year but since I have been able to eat more I’m putting they weight back on. I need help with a diet that helps with gastroparesis and diabetes. I would love to join a motivational group. My goal for next week is to be able to eat without getting abdominal pain and to lose 1/2 pound.

Digestive Enzymes changed my life, especially when trying for weight loss on Keto diet. I wouldn’t digest protein & couldn’t eat more than 600 calories before feeling stuffed BUT wasn’t losing weight! Crazy.
These enzymes help me digest my food and I feel normal.
Hope you find what works for you.

I am 62 and has gained weight 8 lb since 3 months ago. I started using this apps and apparently I didn’t eat enough calories and protein. Since using this apps I lost weight 4 lb in 2 weeks and gain 1 in 2 weeks after that. My goal is loosing 8 lb. All weight mostly on my tummy. Can anyone give suggestions. I know it sounds only 8 lb but but I couldn’t loose that 8 lb. I eat healthy food only I have one cup sweet coffee in the morning. Any advice??
