In 6 months I have lost around 37 pounds. Today I am truthfully 100 pounds off the ideal weight for my height. I want to continue to lose 2 pounds a week for a year. So far I have and have been losing 2 pounds every week in May & June. I have goals & started with simple choices; no liquid calories (sometimes milk, sometimes something but try for zero). The other thing I did was started to read labels for calories in a serving. Then in May 2018 with MyNetDiary I then started to keep track of calories . My son wasn't doing what I asked, when I wanted him to do it & So I threatened to eat the sushi we had just bought for his school lunch for the next day. My son said "you wouldn't do it, or your apple will turn red (in reference to keeping to keeping within daily calorie limit in order to lose weight on MyNetDiary). I am trying but I do have red apples. Funny thing all my clothes fit exactly the same & to quote the late John Pinette, if you only see weight loss in my face, what was I? the Koolaid guy or Charlie Brown (at the time he had lost 100 pounds but people only noticed weight loss in his face).
