Loosing the plot Topic

My first week closes I can say I have lost the plot. I have been weighing every day (not sure I should do this) the last two days I have eaten and eaten, been so tired and lethargic.....I have managed to closed all the rings plus more on my iwatch, and eaten 1386/1400 a day except for yesterday and today which was in excess!! I am obsessed with food....


Not sure what you mean by lost the plot, but I would definitely recommend weighing only once a week period (have lost >100 bs twice over years. Keep tracking, exercise and move on from bad days. One huge benefit of tracking everything - you never plateau. By that I mean even with weeks of no weight loss, something I tracked got better (inches lost, clothes fit better or down, walked that mile or swam little faster).
