How come my programme says each day last week that I am set to lose between 2.5 & 4.5 lbs yet lost none in the ladt week? I have been honest and entered everything.


Keep in mind that it's only a formula based on caloric input and output. It also uses a formula for your base daily caloric need. These can be off by quite a bit depending on your metabolic rate, your lifestyle, the types of food (calories) your consuming, etc.

Also, if you've already been dieting for a while, you may have plateaued and need to change your diet and/or type of exercise. Plus, daily weight can vary by up to 5 pounds depending when you weigh and how much water and sodium you've consumed and retained.

You may also want to do a body fat measurement using a system like BodPod to get a real idea what you're losing and your body's composition.
