First week of using the app and down 3 lbs. it really opens my eyes on what I eat in a day, haven’t been eating fast foods or processed, but it’s hard to completely remove them from my diet. Before using the app I lost 33 lbs on eating whatever I wanted and weight lifting and playing basketball everyday. So if you really want to shed some pounds I reconfirmed picking up a sport or weight training

I don’t like focusing on weight alone. To be healthy, you want more muscle and less fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it’s tricky to keep losing large amounts of weight. 1% of your body weight a week is a good number for fat loss and not muscle loss.


How do I lose stubborn belly fat? What are some good exercises to lose it? I used to train 20 to 24 hours a week. But Covid happened. I obviously don’t do that anymore.
