It's been so hard to get back on the diet wagon after being able to eat anything I wanted to while I was BFing! But I stuck with the calorie budget for the last week and I have been diligent about my workouts and I have really started losing the poundage! Wahoo! Every time I'm even tempted to go outside of my calorie range, I say (to myself - not out loud) the amount of weight that I want to see on my next weigh in - usually one pound less than what it was in the last weigh in. And it is working for me. It reminds me that the choice that I make will either enable me to achieve that next goal of minus one pound or make it harder for me to achieve. It makes it easier to make good choices. Yeah me! I can do this.
