Current goal: Maintain a weight around 100-105lbs. Build muscle and recover from my eating disorder. Or at least try to.
Favorite diets: Low-medium calorie, Low fat, High protein, Medium carb
Favorite activities: Horseback riding, running, biking, calisthenics with and without weights, and swimming.
Need help with: Toning my abs. Getting those muscular legs, while maintaining my thigh-gap. Getting that killer core physic.
