Current goal: To lose weight, get toned and build my self esteem.
Favorite diets: High in Protein, Low in Carbs and just the right amount of Healthy Fats.
Favorite activities: Jogging
Need help with: Staying motivated. Getting rid of my love handles, flabby arms & jiggly thighs.
More info: I've tried fad diets and gym visits that ends up with me sitting more than actually working out. I am getting older and wiser and I'm ready for this challenge. Exercise and Clean Eating is top on my list.
