Can’t seem to get my carbs down. Weight hasn’t gone down in a week still weigh the same.

Thanks for reaching out. When you say you can't seem to get your carbs down, do you mean you are trying to achieve a daily goal and you are not reaching it? Have you looked over your recent week's food intake to see opportunities to lower the carb? Maybe decrease a portion of carb and swap it out for a protein food? Look at your carb foods to see if you can make some tweaks to choose lower carb foods? Maybe increase the non-starchy veggies on your plate to fill up on fiber without a lot of carbs?

Also, many people are surprised when the scale doesn't budge one week; then, the next week makes up for it. Don't give up; you've got this! Taking your waist measurement and seeing that progress can be great to monitor along with the weight. Many people see the inches come off faster than the weight.
