How's it going folks? Has the time change helped you get more exercise? Some find that more light later in the day is helpful.

more sunlight definitely helps us to feel better; more Vitamin D i guess; weight loss continues but at a slower pace now; numbers are all looking good still; just trying to enjoy the journey and not fret over the destination: goal weight and improved health; thanks to yourself and MND for helping me along the journey-- MtnDog

Kathy- just wondering do you mean exercise later in the day when there's more sunlight? Or just with the changing seasons? Just curious, I'm in New Zealand, so different seasons so just wondering :)

Hi U5638524, sorry, I didn't mean to imply that more exercise later in the day per se helps us lose weight. I was thinking that here in the U.S., more light later in the day means we can go for a walk after work and sneak in a bit more calories burning and exercise. A lot of folks I work with say that the change in daylight savings in the spring really helps them fit in more activity during the daytime - since the daytime is extended.
:) sorry - I am sometimes time zone-centric. I will try to think more globally!
