Hi Kathy- I've updated my blog with a description of my journey and details of my program since I started with MND in Nov 2013; thanks to your support and guidance I have dropped 116lbs to date and I have been off all medications and insulin for six months now; MND has been a real blessing and I hope my blog will help others on their journey as well- have a wonderful and blessed Easter and thanks much!

Hi MtgDog, thanks so much for sharing your amazing progress with us. I am very happy for you - being able to go off insulin and other meds for 6 months - WOW! You are an inspiration to all of us to KEEP GOING!
