My Party Food Battle Plan Topic


Well, yesterday I went to my granddaughters’ birthday party. They were serving hotdogs, chips, and ice cream cake. Before we went I ate stir fry veggies and chicken breast so I wasn’t hungry. I cut 1 hot dog in half (meat only), and ate it with mustard. Plus I ate 1 (yes only ONE) Lays potato chip! It is possible! I ate one piece of the ice cream cake and drank my water. Logged everything, stayed under my calories for the day..... And I still lost 1/2 pound
