I have a 30 ounce Yeti tumbler. It keeps my water ice cold even in Arizona summers. I am able to drink 90 ounces a day.

I have the same issue.
I literally am forcing myself to drink it.
I have tried adding fruit

Hi LilNeck, Perhaps we should set ourselves reminders on our phones etc to drink a small cupful every hour?

Hi there llovechoc-
Hydration needs are different depending on your body size, activity, outside temperature, etc.
Strive to sip non-caloric fluids throughout the day as opposed to waiting until the end of the day to meet your fluid needs. Here are some guidelines around hydration targets:

MyNetDiary makes it easy to track your hydration using the water tracking feature. Any nonalcoholic beverages count towards your daily fluid total.
If you don't like the taste of water, here are some alternatives:

Ive just calculated what I should be drinking using method 2. It seems that I should be drinking about 2ltr a day at my age so, I only need to increase my intake by an extra two glasses a day. Thank you that’s very achievable.

Hi there llovechoc-
It sounds like you have some healthy hydration practices in place already. Way to go! Do you carry a water bottle with you when you leave the house? Do you strive to drink a certain amount of liquid every hour? I know others are looking for ways to stay on top of hydration. Thanks for sharing any tips that have worked for you! I keep two 1 litre bottles which I fill with diluted fruit squash (high juice, sugar free) once a day and keep in the fridge. I take a pint glass of this to drink overnight and have the rest when I feel like it throughout the day. I just log the calories of the squash concentrate as a daily snack. To begin with I had to remember to go get a drink but it quickly became a habit and now I often find I finish them both and have to mix up more. It helps that I’m retired and until recently we were ‘staying home’ to avoid the virus and so it was always handy. Now restrictions have been relaxed (in the UK) I’ve started to decant this into smaller 500ml bottles and pop one in my bag if we go anywhere.
