Hi U1189135247,

Congrats on your weight loss! I bet you are really toning up also. Have you been tracking your measurements as another way to monitor your progress? Keep up the strong work! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

That is awesome!! Keep it up!

I have felt fairly slim most of my life, even after having two kids. But I got lazy during covid, had more time to snack and drink and was suddenly 41 years old. I saw myself in a photo and realized that I was no longer “slim”! So I started on February 1 by downloading FitOn for working out, I joined the Canadian Cancer society’s Dry Feb challenge and I started counting calories. I soon dumped my other app and download MND. I’m very proud to say that - 3 months later - I am down about 30 lbs and plan to hit my goal later this month, right around my 42nd birthday! I feel great and can’t wait to get into my summer clothes! Just focus on the little victories. Go to bed early to avoid snacking, try to be active in any way that works for you, and don’t get discouraged by the bad days. We all have them.

Hi U1189320501- Thank you so much for sharing your success! Your weight loss and commitment to changing your lifestyle are so inspiring. I really appreciate you sharing tips about how to avoid snacking and stay positive even in the face of setbacks.
We are thrilled that the app is working well for you! Happy early birthday:) Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
