MyNetDiary Diabetic not working - only black screen on iphone Topic


I've tried all morning but the app only goes to a black screen when I touch the icon on my iphone 11.

I don't want to delete the icon if it will delete all of my saved data. How is this fixed??


Same thing is happening to me. I’m new to the app and wondered if this is a common issue. Don’t want to go back to my old tracking app.

FYI- If you created an account with a username and password, your data will not be lost if you delete the app and reinstall it. You'll simply be asked to log-in once the app is reinstalled. Again, I am sorry for the trouble! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

In the meantime, you can try reinstalling the app, as Joanna already mentioned.

If you cannot recall which email ID you used before (or you did not create an account with us), you can tap the "Restore" button from the popup that appears on the first "Welcome!" screen.
