im not really on a diet. but im gonna look into this grapefruit diet. im not eating any fried foods ( i think i may cheat a tiny bit once a week, not much tho) Im counting my calories, eating fruits, drinking at least 6 cups or bottles of water, and exercising (biggest loser or tae bo dvd). im kinda frestyling LOL


I might get myself an excersize dvd, i do have the wii with a game called active sports.. U use a resistance band nd leg strap, and because u use the wii remotes in either hands or leg strap, it detects ur movement, intensity etc nd that. U enter all ur foods nd that into it and it gives u tips, and works out cals burned nd that! Id reccommend that to any1 with a wii :-)

What is the grapefruit diet? I drink a lot of water too i feel it curbs my appetite for junk lol.


I have a wii!! i love it, when i dont wanna work out, ill do the tennis for ten mins and go in the training mode and do the punching bag for about 12 mins, and get on my ab lounge for the last 10 mins or do 5 sets of 20 sit ups.( told u i freestyle!)i may have to c if the game is on ebay!

GRAPEFRUIT DIET~ i did it in high school because i was a dancer and we had our tummie out in our suits. Its online but u eat MEATS fried grilled watever! and veggies, u are cutting out carbs, u eat wat u want, but u must consume half of a grapefruit or 8oz of pure GF juice. (its a protein based diet i think) some thing in the grapefruit breaks down the fat and u keep the protein...somethin like that. But the net says weight may not stay off if u get off the diet.( kinda true, i got a lil of my weight back in HS, not much tho) but read pros and cons of it b4 u try it.

Ur a lot fitter than me by the sounds of it lol, i need 2get off my bum more ,, i need 2start foin sit ups but im too lazy :/ lol
