hello there! I am new to the community page and have had the app for a while, but this time I really want to succeed! anyone have any hints on how to get fiber in the diet in the morning? I am a togo gal, so something easy to take on the road or even to make at work would be wonderful!

I eat Oatmeal dailey! Its very fast if your water temps are up. A little brown sugar and a cup of oatmeal make me feel full and it is very good for losing weight.


Oatmeal is great, try adding some cinnamon. Also, try some high fiber cereal for breakfast, it helps me feel full longer too.

I add Chia seeds to my brecky, they are high is fiber and omega 3.


Fiber one bars give me gas:) if they do that to you then you should try grabbing a banana and a instant oatmeal. I eat in the car on the way to work as well.


Hmm..lol I think you need to drink more water!!It's not perculating right!! lol


If you like figs - four dried ones will give you that added fiber.
