Hi, I'm new to this. My name is Melz. I really want to lose 2 stone to get back to my pre-baby weight. I have two children and work full time, so I find I rarely have much time to exercise. I have Zumba, EA Fitness and Dance Central on my Xbox which I try to workout to on the weekends, and also I try to do an hour on the stationary bike. Nice to meet you all.


Hi! I am 24 years old. My goal is to loose weight around my mid section (where extra weight tends to go), and tone up. I just started this week and like you I need accountability, its easy to say just this once, etc. My plan so far has been doing 2,000 to 3,000 dance steps on the WII ever night which is supposed to be like running for 30 minutes or if its 3,000 swimming every night. I have a pinched nerve in my brace so I am limited to what I can do in the gym. I plan on going to the gym starting Friday night or Saturday morning.
